Puppy Mills NEED To Be Shut Down
PUPPY Mill's are a place where human beings breed dogs for money. Profit is their ONLY OBJECTIVE and food, shelter and proper veterinary care is their last priority.
HOW CAN WE HELP?? Helping to fight anything does not happen overnight, but each and everyone of us can make a difference. Each action we take will be a link towards change: - ADOPT ~ The #1 thing we ALL need to do is ADOPT, GO TO A SHELTER, OR RESCUE A DOG, instead of buying one. Just imagine how many lives would be saved if EVERYONE ADOPTED!!
- SEND AN EMAIL ~ Something we do EVERYDAY. Imagine if we send an Email to our entire contact list and they sent them to their friends, etc..The potential to reach thousands if not millions is an amazing thought.
- SIGN A PETITION ~ Sign online to help shut down Quebec's commercial breeding industry. Every signature counts.
- WRITE A LETTER ~ Write a letter to our Government and tell them how you feel. Here is the link.
- DOWNLOAD A FLIER ~ Some of you out there can get down and dirty. When out shopping maybe put a flier on a car's windshield outside a pet store, hang a flier in your vet's office (if your VET say's OK,) maybe even post some of these fliers at work. BE CREATIVE but don't get in trouble.
- NEED SIGNATURES ~ Sign to help puppies in Missouri and help end animal cruelty.
- REPORT BAD BREEDING ~ Report a breeding facility if you know they are abusing their dogs, and/or report a nuisance breeder and do the world justice.
- PET STORE ABUSE ~ If you ever see pet store abuse, please do not walk away, report it. YOU CAN help make a difference.
- MISSOURI HELPING ~ "Missourians for the protection for dogs" is a "group" of animal organizations trying to help pass laws ~ Add YOUR name to the list and help.
- SUPPORT "NOT" SELLING ~ View a list of pet stores that do not sell puppies and download a pledge to hand out to pet stores to help join the fight.

- COMPANION ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY is a nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to protecting companion animals from cruelty in pet shops and breeding facilities.
- PETS FOR PROFITS ~ Pets for Profits is a campaign to help end animal cruelty. Sign their pledge today so you can help shut down "animal breeding done with torture"....
- CAMPAIGN MATERIALS ~ Here is a great website with pamphlets and information to order and hand out at upcoming events: Craft booths, teachers, garage sales, etc...
- PUPPIES AREN'T PRODUCTS is a campaign to create a world of "No More Homeless Pets" by fighting against irresponsible breeding.
- LAST CHANCE FOR ANIMALS ~ LCA has multiple campaigns for "ALL" animals because their mission statement, "recognizes that animals have the ability to experience pain, and as such they deserve certain basic rights protecting them from pain caused by humans".
- TIPLINE ~ HSUS created a toll-free tip-line, 1-877-MILL-TIP, to encourage anyone with any information on poor breeding facilities to report abuse using this number.
- HSUS TASK FORCE ~ formed because two people cared so much, Kenneth and Lillian Wilde's donation made the HSUS PM Task Force possible.
- PRISONERS OF GREED ~ If people stopped buying puppies in pet stores, the demand would end and the pet stores would stop buying from commercial kennels and then the misery would end.
