This website was started after I found this stray, emaciated Pit Bull.

I adopted him and gave him a home.

This is his story and this is WHY I made this website.

This website is dedicated to Lewis and all THE OTHERS I had to leave behind......

The name of my site is called ANIMALS-SHELTER-ME because that is exactly what my animals have done for me my entire life. They have helped to shelter me and help me live a better life. If you are an animal lover then you know exactly what I am talking about.

In good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, til death do us part....NOT VOWS from my wedding, but the life I have with my dogs and cat. They make me smile when I am in a bad mood, when I am sick they lay next to me (and are happy to do just that) and when I am healthy we take long walks together and keep each other company. Yes, TIL DEATH DO US PART.....
